(EN) METHOD FOR PUTTING RING-SHAPED AND GRID-LIKE SURFACES INTO OUTER SPACE AND A DEVICE FOR IMPLEMENTING SAME
(FR) PROCÉDÉ D'ENVOI DANS L'ESPACE DE SURFACES ANNULAIRES OU EN FORME DE GRILLE ET DISPOSITIF POUR SA MISE EN OEUVRE
(EN)The method and device for putting ring-shaped and grid-like surfaces into outer space are intended for putting a nonstandard useful load into outer space without a modular assembly or a folding/unfolding process, which considerably reduces labour costs and the cost of space facilities in space. This method and this device make it possible to reduce the intrinsic cost of delivering structures with dimensions greater than 100x100 metres by tens of times at a price of less than 100 dollars per kilogram. An oversized space facility being put into outer space in the form of, for example, a ring-shaped orbital station with radial surfaces (fin-like spokes), with a significant magnitude of up to 200 metres or more in diameter or panels of space electric power stations as well as telescopes or radars with a grid-like surface, for example a cellular surface having the same dimensions and possibly with a convex-concave or biconvex form are arranged horizontally with a plane in stages with fuel tanks and rocket engines, which repeat, in projection, the silhouette configuration of the surfaces (spokes, fins, struts, trusses, etc.) of the oversized load.

Merry........Space Merry-Go-Raund :)
Hi ALL! Happy All holidays!!
I want to construct the cruiser for space cruises About 2023. This space cruise liner will fly up from a surface of the water to leave in space for 7-10 days and to come back to the earth. All passengers will directly be in comfortable cabins luxury from take-off to a landing. Much attention I want to pay safety of passengers. ( I think in this station to place a huge radio & optic telescopes :)

Physical constant passes the alcohol test
Fundamental properties of molecules have not changed during the past seven billion years
December 13, 2012
The mass ratio of protons and electrons is deemed to be a universal constant. And rightly so, as the latest radio-astronomy observations of a distant galaxy have shown. Scientists at the VU University of Amsterdam and the Max Planck Institute for Radio Astronomy in Bonn used the 100-metre radio telescope in Effelsberg to measure absorption lines of the methanol molecule at a number of characteristic frequencies. The researchers analysed the spectrum of the simplest of all the alcohols in a very distant galaxy. The result: to a high degree of accuracy molecules and molecular matter have the same properties today as they did seven billion years ago. According to this finding, the mass ratio of protons and electrons in particular has changed by less than one hundred thousandth of a percent in this period. http://www.mpifr-bonn.mpg.de/99444/news_publication_6694223?c=9060
